I am Lucy Rayburn, I am a middle child in a family of five, I have an older brother and a young sister along with two dogs! My family means the world to me we do a lot together such as family vacations and just spending time together watching movies. This photo was taken on our last vacation to Maryland over the summer for a family reunion. My sister and I are very close because we are only two years apart so we do everything together and it is so nice that my best friend lives a door away!
I am on the North girls golf team and I love to be outside. One of my top favorite things to do in my free time is golf, My favorite place to golf is in Palm Springs, California. The scenery around the course is the prettiest I’ve seen!!
I snowboard in the winter in Michigan and Wisconsin. I go a lot throughout the winter and for long weekends. I have been snowboarding for 7 years and I taught my friend to snowboard as well. My dad, brother and I all snowboard and my mom and sister ski.
I love to go on vacations to the beach. My grandma and grandpa live in Florida so we visit a lot in summer and winter break. I love the feeling of summer all year round! This is my best friend and I when we went to Florida over the summer.
I am very crafty and love hands-on projects! Over the summer I made a lot of summery bracelets, I painted with my sister and did many more crafts with my sister and cousins! Also for hands-on projects, I baked cookies with my friends and baked cakes!
I love to take pictures like photography because it is so cool to look back and see all the memories that you experienced and had such a good time doing. To me, nature is so cool and unique in so many ways because every place you go to is different whether you go to Florida (beach) or California (mountains and deserts)!
I am a babysitter, over the summer that was my main job. I babysit for families all over my neighborhood, I have been babysitting for about 3 years now and I love it! To me being with kids makes me in a better mood because they are so happy and love to play! The kids I babysit always make me laugh even on my worse day! Also, they love to do hands-on things such as crafts, board games and be outside, all the things I love to do!
I want to be a first-grade teacher when I grow up! Babysitting has inspired me to want to become a teacher because of how happy they are and how I can teach one to grow up to be a strong person. My Kindergarten and first-grade teacher inspired me to be a teacher because they taught me to love school and to make the most of each moment.
